Full range of progression presses from 60 to 630 tonnes
A range of 16 Progression presses, including CNC servo feed systems, are available from 60 to 630 tonnes with maximum bed size 177" x 71" (4500mm x 1800mm). Maximum material thickness to 7mm thick and up to 900mm coil width and 5 tonne coil weight.
Presses feature integrated servo roll feed material handling equipment, with tool protection and load monitors, which limit tool damage and minimise scrap.
We also include 'in tool' processes such as threading, riveting, nut and bush inclusion, which eliminates costly secondary operations.
Standardisation of tooling heights and sizes allow faster change over times, which enables shorter batch runs and in turn reduces stock levels.
